To exercise rights, contact privacy@belleglobalinc.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timelines required by law.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where automated decision‑making is used, you may have the right to request human review and contest decisions

You may request access to and correction of personal information. Belle Global maintains policies and practices to protect personal information and ensure accountability.

We apply APAC privacy principles (e.g., collection limitation, purpose specification, security safeguards, openness, individual participation) and honor country‑specific rights where applicable.

We obtain personal data directly from you; automatically through our websites and platform; and from third parties such as clients, suppliers, analytics providers, recruiting platforms, identity verification services, and publicly available sources.

We use personal data to (a) deliver and secure our platform and services; (b) manage client accounts and supplier relationships; (c) provide support; (d) analyze and improve our products; (e) conduct marketing (with opt‑out controls); (f) recruit and evaluate candidates; and (g) comply with legal obligations.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: (i) contract performance or steps prior to entering into a contract; (ii) legitimate interests (e.g., platform security, product improvement, B2B marketing); (iii) consent (where required, such as certain cookies or recruiting data); and (iv) compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data with: (a) service providers under contract (cloud hosting, security, analytics, support, payments); (b) partners and integrations authorized by clients; (c) legal or regulatory authorities when required; and (d) entities involved in a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, multi‑factor authentication, network monitoring, vulnerability management, vendor due diligence, and workforce training. No system is 100% secure; we continually improve our defenses.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted, anonymized, or archived per our retention schedule.

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the minimum age required by local law. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly

We do not engage in solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate safeguards. We may use analytics to improve services and detect anomalous activity; individuals may have rights related to such processing under applicable law
