1. Scope

This Addendum applies to personal information we collect in our capacity as a “business” under CCPA/CPRA, including when you visit belleglobalinc.com, use our platform, engage with us as a client or supplier, or apply for employment. Where Belle Global acts as a “service provider” or “contractor” processing personal information on behalf of a client, our client’s privacy notice governs and we process data pursuant to written contracts.

2. Key Definitions (CCPA/CPRA)

• “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer or household.
• “Sensitive Personal Information” includes precise geolocation, government identifiers, financial account credentials, racial or ethnic origin, health data, and contents of communications, among others.
• “Sell” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• “Share” means sharing personal information with a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration.

3. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the last 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information (as defined by CCPA/CPRA), which may vary based on your relationship with us:

• Identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone, employer, job title, online identifiers, IP address).
• Customer records information (e.g., business contact details, billing contacts).
• Commercial information (e.g., records of subscriptions or transactions).
• Internet or other electronic network activity (e.g., device data, logs, analytics, cookie data).
• Professional or employment-related information (e.g., résumé/CV, work history for applicants).
• Inferences drawn from any of the above (e.g., preferences).

4. Sources of Personal Information

Belle Global does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

8. Retention of Personal Information

We retain categories of personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Addendum and our U.S. Privacy Policy, including to meet legal, audit, and compliance requirements. When no longer required, we delete or de-identify the data consistent with our retention schedule.

9. Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by CCPA/CPRA §7027(m), such as to perform services you request, to maintain the quality and security of our services, to detect fraudulent or illegal activity, or as otherwise required by law. Where required, we provide the ability to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

10. Your California Privacy Rights

California residents may exercise the following rights, subject to verification and legal exceptions:

• Right to Know/Access – Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, purposes, and categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
• Right to Delete – Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions.
• Right to Correct – Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing – Belle Global does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; if this changes, we will provide opt-out mechanisms.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information – Where applicable, request that we limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
• Right to Non-Discrimination – We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.

11. Submitting a Verifiable Consumer Request

We will verify your identity using information we maintain about you or other appropriate methods, and respond within the statutory timeframes. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf by providing a signed authorization and proof of identity.

12. Children’s Data

Our services are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

13. Notice at Collection

At or before the point of collection, we provide or make available this Addendum and our U.S. Privacy Policy summarizing the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for which it is used, whether it is sold or shared, the retention period, and consumer rights including how to exercise them.

14. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our sites may recognize certain browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required. Separate from GPC, you can adjust cookie preferences via your browser settings or our site’s cookie controls.

15. Record-Keeping and Metrics

Belle Global maintains records of consumer requests and our responses as required by CPRA regulations and will publish applicable metrics when mandated.

16. Updates to this Addendum

We may update this Addendum periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Material changes may be communicated through our websites or directly to clients or registered users.
